Parent Portal – How to search for an email

Parents have the ability to search for any emails that have been sent to them using a key word or date. This is by far the quickest way for parents to view information that has been sent out and is recommended as the first port of call for information

Once you have logged into the portal, you can find on the dashboard a list of the latest emails/messages that have been sent to you.  To find other emails/messages sent to you, click on either the “My Email” link on the top right or the “View all” found just under the latest messages (see red highlighted circles in screenshot below).

After clicking either link, the Email/messages page will load and you will be able to see all correspondence that have been sent to you.  You can select a different child if you have more than one child at the school (see image below).

You can filter or search for specific emails/messages by using the Jump to date dropdown or the search messages text box to the right (see image below).
