Parent Portal – How to Opt-in to the Parent Directory

The Berkhamsted Parent Portal Directory provides a way to keep in contact with other parents in your child’s year or indeed the whole school.

To opt-into the Parent Directory, log into the Parent Portal and then click on the My Account link at the top right hand side of the page (see image below).

In the account page, you will find a section called Personal Details, click on the Parent Directory tab and you will find a toggle for opting into the Parent Directory.

Once you enable the toggle, you will find your details which options to enable what you want to share (see image below).

You can share your:

  • phone number
  • mobile number
  • email address
  • home address

You can also decide whose can see you; either all parents/guardians in the same school or just those in the same year group as your child.

And lastly, you can select which of your children this applies to, if you have more than one then there will be a tickbox for each child.  Once you have configured all your options then please click on the save button (see image below).
