These helpful tips are available in the following areas of the portal, and more are being added all the time:

To manually see the help tips on a page, next to the page name, please click or tap the  icon.

The tooltip will appear and this will highlight important aspects of the page to explain what that part shows and how to use it.
The buttons in the tooltip allow you to navigate through the tutorial, or you can skip it at any time.

Further settings

You can allow tooltips to automatically show on a page you haven’t visited before. To do this, please go to My Details page and edit the setting about show tutorials for pages I haven’t visited before.
