Generally, only pupils in the Senior School access the Pupil Portal. It provides them with secure access to their key information which comes directly from iSAMS, our main database.

There is a link to the Pupil Portal on the Student Hub homepage, or they can go directly to https://pupils.berkhamsted.com.  Once on the login page, they should click on ‘Sign in via AzureAD‘ (see image below).  They will be taken to a Microsoft login page where they log in with their school email address and school password.

 

When logged in, they see notices from the daily bulletin in the main window.

From the menu bar are available –

‘Bookmarks & Links’ where there are links to the Hub homepage (https://berkhamstedschools.sharepoint.com/sites/BSG-Students) and the Library and IT resources within the Hub.

‘My School Profile’ where pupils have options to view

• their timetable (Senior school pupils only),
• attendance,
• discipline record,
• activities record (trips etc),
• exams (public exam entries, timetable, candidate details and results.)
• School reports
• Self-appraisal

In the “Events & Information” section there is a link to the school calendar.

The “School Sports Fixtures” goes directly to our sport homepage sport.berkhamsted.com.
