To view your Child’s Extra-Curricular lessons on the Parent Portal, please follow the steps below:

When accessing the Portal via a phone:

Login to the Parent Portal as normal, click on the picture of your child, and scroll down to ‘Extra-Curricular Lessons’.

Click the ‘Week’ option and change to ‘Term’

Use the ‘Quick filter’ to select ‘Music’ and/or ‘Performing Arts’.

When accessing the Portal via a computer:

Login to the Parent Portal as normal and go to the ‘My Children’ section.

You will see ‘Extra-Curricular Lessons’ on the left-hand side as well as a widget on the right-hand side.

Click on either one and you will then see the screen below:

Click on the ‘Week’ option to change to ‘Term’ (this gives you best view, but you can view by Day/ Week/ Month or Term.) Use the highlighted arrows to navigate through to the term or the date you want to view.

Click on the ‘Event Types’ and choose either Music or Performing Arts (or both) to filter out the full timetable (which it is visible for Senior School pupils).

You can view the lessons as a list or as a grid by clicking on the icons on the right of the page (A).

To import and view the lessons in your own calendar, click on ‘Subscribe & Exports’ (B)and select the calendar you want to use.

If you have more than one child in the school, you can filter by using the ‘My Children’ option (C).
