44. Developing posts for Social Media
Aims:
- Evidence social media posts
- Show the development over the course of the project
In this blog I will showcase the posts produced on social media, including the traction they have gained as well as the comments which people have left under each one. In order to show these posts I tweaked a few of the aspects using a web design tool called Canva.
POST 1
Here we can see the number of likes, comments and shares as well as comments from people online at the bottom, this shows the traction and audience recognition to the beginning of my social media page, People are clearly excited for the journey and wish to follow along more intently in the future.
POST 2
need to add the second post.
As you can see from the caption there is evidence of ‘behind the scene’ work. The teaser to my audience will get them hyped for the next posts and that way we can gather a larger audience to create a bigger target audience and then we will be able to attract even more people to the music being created that way the brand get more recognition and then will be able to sell more tickets for live events. Making it even more global.
POST 3
This post is less related to the music and production but shows to the audience and followers that the musician and artists and actors get up to their own things in life and not always working on producing music or video. There is more to life than what is behind a screen. It also spreads an important message about rest and rehabilitation and not overdoing yourself with work.
POST 4
This is more evidence of downtime with more of a hint as to what is to come in the future in terms of music video. The captions throughout my post aren’t the most neat or well thought out but they get to the point and alert the audience immediately instead of making them read between the lines.
Its explicit at the same time as being discreet and not too out there.
POST 5
This is one of the more important post in the collection as it shows the audience evidence of music video being edited, has a discreet caption contrasting earlier posts and at the same time agrees with the conventions of oasis, as they produce lots of things in black and white to not give loads of information away and keep it looking authentic and subtle.
POST 6
My most recent post is a repost of the date 27/8/24 posted by Oasis, these dates where when the announced that they were getting back together and that they would be doing a 2025 world reunion tour. In my post I placed a poll which reads ‘excitement levels?’ with a swipe-able emoji for people to move to the point of their excitement. This shows audience engagement in my content as well as keeping people informed about what to expect.
FINAL TAKEAWAYS:
- The production of the social media post have given me valuable lessons in creating and attaching with an audience as well as making sure that I understand the key concepts which make a social media page engaging and enticing for the audience
- Overall, the production on the social media post have been able to give me ideas and development structure which can be used in the future in order to make better decisions which will better engage audiences
