Aims:

• Make sure the rest of the music video makes sense for the storyline and the rest of the is synced up to the lyrics so it adds up.
• Making sure the change from each clip is timed correctly and that the rest of the video is refined properly.

Firstly, This aspect required that all my clips were lined up correctly in the order which was most influential to the storyline and so that it can bring the biggest reaction from the audience to create an increase in publicity and recognition so that I’m able to reach as many different target groups as well as being able to challenge a number of different conventions so that I can get more active audiences from my product, this will internally be connected with active audiences on the social media as well.

This is the full timeline of the clips in the right order, there is a range of elements which are considered to make the continuity of the music video more clean and these include the fade in and out of each shot so that it is more visually appropriate for the reader/viewer. This way I am able to please my viewers so that it will gain more traction as more people are sharing it around because they enjoy what they watch as it is easier for them to understand with stronger continuity.

Further evidence of the continuity being synced up, is beginning and ending the music video with shots form the same time and in between having it so that all the other clips and flashbacks including the singing are all between the beginning and the end so that it able to show continuity and a storyline sequence.

The first photo is at the beginning of the music video and shows one of the friends arriving at the house of her best friend to symbol the reunion. During the clip there is a knock, the door opens, the other friend is in complete shock and stares at her with a show of complete shock on her face, this is then cut off and the music video with the song begins. The second Image is at the end of the video once they have both been reunited and are socialising and catching up with each other. This is where the video ends, so we leave the audience on a cliff-hanger but they are also find out about the past of these two which shows the continuity and the storyline.
